MJ Health 12 Week Nutrition & Training Program

Do you want to achieve lasting results without having to completely restrict or change your life? Whether you're looking to achieve body composition goals, improve overall health and wellbeing and/or improve performance, our 12 Week Nutrition and Training Program is designed to take the guesswork out and provide you with a program specific to YOU!

Our 12 Week Combined Nutrition & Training Program Includes:

  • 1-Hour Initial Nutrition Assessment

    At the beginning of the program, you will undergo a thorough consultation with Maddie (Dietitian & Sports Dietitian) where you will dive into your current health, nutrition and training habits. Together you will create a plan that will help you achieve your goals and align with your lifestyle.

  • Flexible Nutrition Plan

    After your initial assessment, you will receive a flexible nutrition guide complete with meal and snack ideas tailored to your needs and preferences. Including sports specific nutrition pre-during and post training/games if required.

    Additional recipes included.

  • Tailored Training Program

    At the beginning of the program, you will undergo a thorough consultation with Justin who will create a tailored training program (resistance, cardio, sports specific, speed training etc.) just for YOU and your goals. Training programs can also be made specific to your sport.

    Each training program is provided via an app with demonstration videos and additional instructions. Track, record and access your program through an app, making it easy to stay on top of your training schedule and monitor your progress. The app allows Justin to monitor your progress and provide feedback on technique.

  • Fortnightly Follow-Ups

    Every two weeks, you will meet with Justin and Maddie individually to review your progress, refine nutrition and training program, and work through any challenges or barriers. These sessions are designed to keep you accountable and feeling supported as you work toward your goals.

  • Fortnightly Check In Forms

    Fortnightly check ins to review progress, address any challenges, ask questions and provide a space to reflect on the past week.

    By working with Maddie and Justin you will feel supported, motivated, and challenged every step of the way. The combination of personalised nutrition and training will provide you with the key tools you need to achieve your goals, leading to a sustainable, healthier lifestyle and/or improved performance within your sport. Whether you’re new to fitness or an experienced athlete, you will experience progress through an evidenced based, individualised approach.

This program isn’t just about quick fixes; it’s about creating lasting habits that empower you to excel in all areas of life.
