The team at MJ Health comprises an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Sports Dietitian and also an Exercise Scientist. As well as a Strength and Conditioning Coach who strive to provide an environment for their clients to truly blossom. Through integrity accountability, passion and inspiration we are committed to ensuring all our clients achieve their goals.

With over 15 years of combined experience of working one-on-one with clients and in groups, having designed, developed and delivered group training sessions in commercial gyms, MJ Health provides services that range from tailored nutrition coaching and consultations to personalised training programs for athletic development.

Our strong emphasis is on helping you create a healthy balanced lifestyle and ensure to provide you with the tools to improve your performance, the understanding of how to apply them, and a heavy focus on fuelling your body with the correct nutrients to compliment your own personal tailor-made program.
