About Our Dietitian
Madison is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Sports Dietitian who completed her studies at the University of Canberra. She is a member of Dietitian’s Australia and is based on the Sunshine Coast. Madison’s qualifications include:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Sport and Exercise Science
Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics
Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD)
Accredited Sports Dietitian (SDA)

ISAK Level 1 Anthropometrist

Madison developed her passion for food and sports nutrition from a young age, working as a food assistant in a hospital, and playing representative sport. Through this, she quickly learnt about the important role food played in recovery, health and wellbeing and sports performance.
As someone who loves food, and has a passion for sports and nutrition, Madison enjoys being able to work with her sports nutrition clients, ensuring they are appropriately fuelling activity and recovery as best they can. Working with all levels of athletes, from junior to elite, and every weekend warrior in between, our dietitian can ensure you are getting the most out of your time on the field or in the gym.
Madison is passionate about applying a holistic, BS-free, evidenced-based, and multi-disciplinary approach to nutrition, health and performance. Her main aim is to provide individualised nutrition advice so you can improve your overall wellbeing, increase quality of life and achieve your goals.
In her spare time, you can find her at the beach, training in her gym or walking many of the amazing trails around the Sunshine Coast. You can also find her baking and developing recipes (mostly with peanut butter!) in the kitchen to share with her family, friends and the general public on social media. She believes that all foods should be included in a healthy, balanced diet without restriction which is why she strives to create delicious and nutritious snacks/meals that the whole family will love.

About Our Personal Trainer
Justin is a qualified Accredited Strength and Conditioning coach, group fitness instructor and personal trainer with over 12 years experience within the health and fitness industry. His aim is to help individuals to be better by helping them achieve their goals and allowing them to create a mindset that helps with all facets of life. Justin’s qualifications include:
Strength and Conditioning Coach Level 1 ASCA - (Australian Strength and conditioning Association)
Certificate III & IV in Personal Training
Kettlebell Level 1 & 2
Mobility and Stretching (UCA)
Instructing Exercise to Children and Adolescents ACE Approved
Justin has been heavily involved in sports from the age of 4, playing rugby league and cricket. Justin played rugby league at a high level through his junior career representing various teams at a competitive level. Whilst participating in competitive rugby league, he gained his passion for the sport and fitness industry from his coaches and mentors who have worked at the NRL level as head coaches and strength and conditioning coaches. This has provided Justin with the tools and drive to help future junior and senior athletes as well as the general population through his modalities.
Justin currently works with a wide range of clients, all of whom are different ages and have varying fitness levels and skill sets. He is passionate about making a difference with each individual, to providing them with the tools and knowledge to succeed and achieve their goals and aspirations.
