Working with Justin throughout the 2024 season was very beneficial for my game. 2024 was the fittest I had been in a long time thanks to the training Justin put me through before and during the season. He was able to manage my load throughout, along with working on different areas of agility I wouldn’t usually have trained which resulted it me being able to play the entire season injury free.

I started my training with Justin because I knew he had an amazing understanding with athletics in fitness and strength and this was a goal of mine to achieve within my Football. When I had my 1 on 1 training with Justin the knowledge and experience that was provided when using equipment and correct techniques to get the best out of your strength training was something I had not been shown before. I have been in the gym for a short time, but with Justin’s guidance he helped correct my technique to not only build my strength but more importantly to avoid injuries. Justin uses a programmed App that is easily accessible that has all trainings set up to go. I love that I can enter in each program completed and Justin can see and track how I’m going and what I may need to be changed or altered to achieve the best results. Justin is professional and so knowledgeable that it makes training so much more challenging when you have someone who wants to fight for your goals just as much as you!!!

Last season Juzzy was the strength and conditioning coach for my rugby league side. Not only did Juzzy get me fit and ready to go for the season. He also taught me the importance of doing his speed and agility drills. They improved my coordination and speed in game as well as helping me with my recovery time after games, which led to me being able to play every game that season.

The knowledge that Justin has given to me in this footy season is insane. With help from Juzzy, he helped me gain strength and muscle, that I definitely noticed change my game day playing style. The great field and agility sessions that Justin provided massively helped impact my attack on defence translate to the field. He made the app very easy to manage and calculate data from my daily routines made by Justin. Calculating my PR’s and Maxes really shown how fast and great Justins helped improved my fitness, strength and footy skills.

The conditioning exercises were all top tier and made sure that we were all fit enough to jam out full games, his preseason and in season training made sure no rock was left unturned. Having trained under Juzzy all of preseason can absolutely say the bloke gets you fit in an enjoyable way. I came in before pre season at the heaviest/biggest I had ever been. The way he talks about fitness and the style he goes about it as well had proven to be enjoyable but absolutely informative and worked incredibly well. Went from 108kg chubby, to 95kg slim and back to 105kg muscle fit. 

Not only helping build fitness but a strong mindset too, love this blokes work!
